What ClearCal is
ClearCal is a personalised nutrition coaching tool. It provides calorie and macro targets based on your quiz inputs and adapts them over time through the TrueTDEE™ system. ClearCal is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
Not medical advice
ClearCal is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or clinical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet. ClearCal flags when professional consultation may be appropriate but this does not constitute a diagnosis or medical recommendation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 16 or over to use ClearCal. One account per person.
Subscription and billing
The Premium plan is billed at £4.99/month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ClearCal, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Results
ClearCal provides targets based on established nutritional science and your logged data. Individual results depend on consistency and adherence. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
ClearCal is provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service
We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
